Graffiti, Manhattan Pink

Graffiti is colored flakes, thin as leaf gold. Flingers are transparent and white in the jar and change color depending on the background color and become stronger the darker the color you apply to.

Can be used on all Gel Polish colors, finish with High Shine. You can also build Graffiti into the nail or rub it in on top of High Shine.

Use Silicon Brush to advantage when applying.
