Graffiti Brooklyn Blue

Can be used on all Gel Polish colors. Finish with High Shine Top Coat. You can also build Graffiti into the nail material or rub it in on top of High Shine. Use Silicon Brush to advantage when applying.

Graffiti is colored flakes, thin as gold leafs. The flakes are transparent and white in the jar and changes color depending on the background and becomes stronger the darker the color you apply to.
